RAF delivers within Malaysia only. Delivery is charged once per order, not per pair, and the exact amount is shown on the checkout page before you pay — it depends on the delivery state.

"Free above" is measured on the order subtotal, before delivery. West Malaysia delivery is absorbed by RAF rather than added to your order. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan cost materially more to reach at this parcel weight, so that leg is still charged.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched 1-2 working days after payment clears. After dispatch, the courier usually takes:
- West Malaysia — 2-4 working days
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan — 4-7 working days
These are the courier's working days, and they are an estimate rather than a guarantee. Public holidays, the days around Hari Raya and severe weather all stretch them. You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel is handed over.
If it does not arrive
Write to us with your order number. If the tracking has not moved for five working days we will chase the courier; if the parcel is lost we will replace it or refund it — seeReturns.
