Terms of sale
Last updated 2026-09-13
These terms apply to every order placed on raf.my. The seller is RAF WORLDWIDE (registration number 202603170192 (MA0348940-W)), whose full details are on the Contact page.
1. Prices
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and are the price you pay for the goods — there is no tax added at the checkout. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay; seeDelivery.
Prices can change. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it, and it is stored with the order — a later change never reaches back to an order already placed. Your cart re-reads the current price each time you open it, so if a price changed while your cart sat open, you will see it there before you pay, not after.
2. Placing an order
Adding a pair to your cart does not reserve it, and neither does reaching the payment page. Stock is committed only when your payment clears. In the couple of minutes an FPX payment takes, someone else can buy the last pair — this is stated plainly because it is how the shop actually works, and clause 4 says what happens when it does.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when payment clears and you receive an order confirmation by email — not when the payment page appears.
3. Payment
Payment is taken through Billplz, a licensed Malaysian payment gateway, which accepts online banking (FPX) and cards. RAF never sees or stores your card number or banking credentials — they are entered on the gateway's own page.
If the gateway reports a payment we cannot match to an order, or an amount that differs from the order total, the order is held rather than fulfilled and we contact you. Nothing ships on a payment that does not reconcile.
4. Stock and cancellation
Because of clause 2, the last pair can occasionally be paid for twice. When that happens the system does not quietly oversell: the second order is held rather than fulfilled, flagged for a human, and we contact you the same working day. You are refunded in full. We do not substitute a different colourway without asking you first.
An order that is never paid expires and is cancelled automatically. Nothing is charged and nothing is owed.
5. Delivery
Within Malaysia only. Rates, dispatch time and estimated delivery time are on theDelivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so a parcel lost or damaged in transit is ours to resolve, not yours.
6. Returns
See Returns. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, and where these terms and that Act disagree, the Act wins.
7. Product descriptions
Colours are photographed and rendered as faithfully as we can manage, but screens vary and a mirrored lens in particular photographs differently from how it looks in daylight. Where a specification is not stated on a product page, it is because it has not been measured or certified yet — not because it is unimportant. We would rather leave a field blank than print a number we cannot stand behind.
8. Your personal data
Handled as set out in the Privacy notice, which is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in both Malay and English.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. For consumer disputes, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia is usually faster and cheaper than a court, and using it is your right rather than something you need our agreement for.
